RAMBAM is an automated shift scheduling system, designed for situations where an association has to manage voluntary and mandatory shifts of its members. RAMBAM allows members to change or trade shifts and helps administrators with assigning shifts, sending mail and registering presence. Additionally, users can opt to see RAMBAM shifts appear in their calendar.
RAMBAM was developed by me in 2015 and launched in 2016. Ever since it has been used for managing >1000 shifts per year.
RAMBAM Lists is a RAMBAM extension developed in 2017, which allows admins to manage categorized lists of tasks with different frequencies. Users that participate in the task can view and edit their status online.
